The Entrepreneur's Guide to Business Law is a great book, written in language accessible to everyone. This covers the basic fundamentals of starting a business. From formation to exit, and important issue in between.

Keep in mind that this is not a step by step guide or technical book. It is a primer on the broad issues that affect a business. Okay book with decent information. Presentation was decent. Nothing incredible but an okay source for basics.
